Stream Live currently offers a freemium model that includes a monthly subscription option. However, given the growing popularity of web3 incentive models, Stream Live is looking to innovate with the introduction of MMT, a native token that includes a unique Promote-to-Earn mechanism. By introducing this Promote-to-Earn mechanism, Stream Live aims to create a (**revolutionary?**) incentives structure that benefits not only individual users but every participant on the platform.

# Vision

Stream Live's vision is to offer the best and most immersive live-streaming experience for music concerts by allowing users to create, curate, and promote unique **Concert Halls** within the app, Music Metaverse, and other metaverses. These concert halls are a (**new feature?**) and will allow promoters to “Promote to Earn”, whilst giving fans access to exclusive VIP experiences that can only be accessed using MMT coins. # Introducing MMT

Music Metaverse Token

$MMT (Music Metaverse Token) is a new and cutting edge utility token focused around the music industry, and even more specifically around the live streaming industry. As the native token for leading live streaming application, Streamlive, MMT provides an avenue for compensation for users participating in the world’s first decentralized concert promotion platform.&#x20;

In essence, users who join the Stream Live application will have the ability to create their own digital concert halls and to invite their friends or followers. This gives them the opportunity to join together in the digital arena around live streaming music concerts and simultaneously enjoy a social experience with their circles of friends. For the first time, Stream Live has digitally replicated the previously intangible aspect of being able to enjoy live music with a community.&#x20;

Perhaps the most intriguing part of this equation is the way in which these decentralized concert promoters are rewarded for their efforts in creating digital concert halls and bringing a community together. This is where $MMT comes in.

Based on the number of fans each decentralized concert promoter brings to the Stream Live app and specifically to his/her concert hall within the app, a proportional number of $MMT tokens are earned by that concert promoter.&#x20;

Released as an ERC20 Etherum based token it will be compatible across all EVM based protocols and its likely more chains in the future could be considered such as Polygon and BSC.

The Stream Live platform has three key participants: promoters, fans, and music artists. Promoters create concert halls and spread the word to their networks. Fans can join these concert halls and experience live-streamed concerts. Additionally, music artists can leverage the Stream Live platform to promote their concerts to fans and perform at in-person events, creating a seamless and integrated experience for fans both online and offline.

MMT coins are the main currency in the Stream Live ecosystem, and they allow fans to access exclusive perks such as live-streamed concerts, unique opportunities, tickets, metaverse concerts, and digital collectibles. Fans can use MMT coins to support their favorite artists and make purchases quickly and securely. # Promoters

Stream Live's MMT coin rewards promoters for promoting concerts and creating virtual concert halls. This incentivizes passionate promoters to work together and promote concerts on the platform.

* MMT coins are earned for every fan that joins their concert hall and for each subscription fee paid by onboarded fans.
* Promoters who onboard new users will earn a lifetime commission of 10% of each user's subscription fee in USD.
* Promoters will receive Pro-Rata rewards based on the number of fans in their concert hall relative to other concert halls, as well as the total number of viewers.
